normal map guts





One thing I can't stand is normal maps that look well so normal.......BUT if handled well they can REALLY compliment a model especially a higher poly one....Here is the progress on the scalped Zombie...WAY fun. Spec map on the upper torso included. I am Mud boxing his pants and head today getting it ready for the rigger

Undead flesh




SO this week I have been Trying to take a vacation....Had a small one yesterday playing some x-box and relaxing. Today it's all about cleaning the house....BUT nobody said I can't paint ZOMBIE FLESH!!!!!!!

Way fun. The base texture was made by one of our artists. But the gross details are all me. I am still working in the details of grossness but I have to be careful not too get too zombie obsessed. Still tweaking it a bit. I may do some more hero modeling tweaks today too.......More than likely next week. He needs to be finalized and unwrapped. My goal is To have it done by next week for sure and this zombie also. We shall see......

So I am finishing the final stages of the hero....and yeah my face was just too fat...defeats the purpose to change my face for the hero. Can you say ego mania....LOL....(I might just make a better zombie) Anyhoo here is the new hero with some swwwwweeeetttt updates. I am finishing up the edits and finishing the hands

....In a Gun Fight Priceless!!!


One of my students asked me what would be the purpose of four arms?...Well when you can summon them when you need them a gun fight would be the perfect answer..Check out page nine I just finished coloring for Fist Full of Magic. I am going to tweak it a bit more and possibly desaturate it a bit
